IMPORTANT: Please read before posting problems

When posting problems, please include in the post:

- Jetico version Installed
- Your Internet connection type (dial up/ cable/ Direct connection / LAN etc)
- Operating system
- How you are logging in to the OS (Admin, guest)
- Other Security applications installed (AV, HIPS etc)
- Detail about the problem, such as what other applications are running on the system when you have the problem.
- Security related applications which have been deinstalled/deactivated before Jetico install.
- Security related application which have been deinstalled/deactivated after Jetico install.

Also please give detail about the problem, such as what other applications are running on the system when you have the problem.

This can help the forum to help you, as we then do not have to keep asking basic questions for basic info.
