DynDNS Updater Rule

Accept:
The rule will match to application level event if following conditions are satisfied:
 Event is outbound connect
 Application is C:\Program Files\DynDNS Updater\DynDNS.exe
 Protocol is TCP/IP
 Remote address is 63.208.196.0-63.208.196.255, 63.170.10.0-63.170.10.255, 204.13.248.0-204.13.251.255
 Remote port is 80, 443
