Question 1:

Is there a full version that will run for much longer that a day (ie paid version)?

No full version yet. You can get a one month extension for the beta here: http://www.smokey-services.eu/forum/vie ... php?t=2461

Question 2:

How can I cut down on the firewall opening on every port that there is activity, I have used products like Zone Alarm, they seem to be learning firewalls, is there a way to have Jetico learn my applications and not open everytime a port opens. I also have router firewall and looking for Jetico as secondary protection.

The setup wizard sets up some rules automaticallly. After that, there is no fully-automatic learning mode, just the interactive one.

Minimize pop-ups:
1. Disable/bypass Indirect Network Table
2. Change your generated rules to be more general i.e. delete the IP and maybe the port, so you'll not be asked about the same app next time.
3. Make a general 'Trusted' rule for trusted applications

You'll find more details on this in the forum. Just look around and read a bit more in the various Jetico sections.

Question 3:

Is there a huge difference between Jetico firewall and Zone Alarm's free firewall?

Yes, more secure, less resource usage, better design, see here: http://www.smokey-services.eu/forum/vie ... php?t=2113
