Hi Martin,
you should probably check JPF help file, as this is basic firewall configuration which you will happen to use pretty often.

In a nutshell (I may be a bit off, as I am using JPF2 now, and it is slightly different):
 - doubleclick the JPF icon in the tray to open the main window
 - select configuration tab
 - select Optimal Protection policy in the left-hand window and expand its' tree
 - select root, then application table and then Ask User entry
 - this is the table where JPF places automatically generated application rules. You should see the rules you created by answering popups here and with a bit of luck, you will find the rule causing you trouble.
 - you can delete the rule, in which case you will get the popup again and you can answer correctly
 - or, you can modify the rule. Right click and Edit should work (as should doubleclick, I believe).

Hope this helps.

How to Edit Application Settings?
« Reply #1 on: March 07, 2009, 12:45:09 AM »
Hi,

I'm using JPFv1 and not quite sure how to make changes to the settings.  I've just installed Messenger but am unable to sign in.  I think that for one of the many Application network activity popup messages, I might have selected the wrong option.  I think I might have clicked "Block this activity" instead of "Handle as...".  How to I find out which one I selected and how to I change the option?

Martin
