 "error 99" means "Error in reading signature".
Each BCA file starts from BCArchive signature.
Using the signature,  the program recognizes its archive files and starts reading.
If you try to open some wrong file (without BCArchive signature), you will get this error.
 
Are you sure you are opening the valid file? Could someone access your computer and change the file?
Have you a backup copy of the file? Is it BCA  or EXE archive?
You may look into  the file by some disk-reading utility (if you have installed our BCWipe, it contains BCView.exe utility
which can do so) and check if the first bytes contain "JeticoEncryptArc" signature.
If there is no such signature, the file cannot be opened with BCArchive program

Error 99 on vital archive ! HELP

When I go to open my bca archive I get error 99 and cannot do so please help!
