Hello johnsmithult,

Since both resetting and refreshing Windows implicate removing all user applications, we don't think it's possible.

You can upgrade your Windows 10 to a newer version without decrypting: http://www.jetico.com/upgrade-to-windows-10-creators-update-rs2-on-a-system-encrypted-with-bestcrypt-volume-encryption

Please note: upgrading to Fall Creators Update requires BCVE v.3.77.2

Alternatively, if you want to reinstall Windows 10 and keep your files:

1. Re-partition your hard drive leaving 60-80 Gb for Boot volume (C:). You can resize BCVE-encrypted volumes easily with Disk Management, just make sure to run BCVE as Administrator to adjust to the changes.

2. Move all files you want to keep on encrypted non-system volume.

3. Reinstall Windows 10 on shrunk system volume (no need to decrypt)

4. Install BCVE again on a new installation of Windows 10 and you will be able to mount non-system volume with your files.

Can I make Windows 10 Installation ISO with BCVE plugin, so I can reinstall windows 10 from bootable CD without decrypting system volume?
