BCWipe for UNIX question

I've used the BCWipe product on Linux and windows, but now have the need to use this to wipe entire UNIX servers.  It looks like I can download and compile a bcwipe utility on each platform that can be used to wipe files, dirs and disks, but is there a way to create a bootable disk that can be used to wipe complete systems ion AIX, HPUX and SOLARIS?  Looks like if I wanted to completely wipe the OS disks that I would have to put them in another server as secondary drives and wipe them with the utility...is that accurate?  Are there bootable ISOs that we could download someplace for each of the unix platforms?
