Policy regarding departing members

It has become necessary to implement a board policy, to assure and protect the board's, vendors, members and staff interests:

- All requests of members regarding a change in their member-status will have to be made to: mutations (at) smokey-services.eu
  this also includes any request to be removed from the memberlist.
 
- Requests for post removals will normally NOT be honored.
  Reason being, it leaves unsightly gaps in threads ... so the flow of the thread is interrupted.
  in addition:

- Requests for member name change will be considered by management and granted if the board's interests will not be harmed.

- Any 'off topic' emails sent to this email address, will be deleted without any notification.

Note:
All emails sent to this address, will be received by Starbuck and Smokey.
All decisions will up to Starbuck, if demanded the final decision maybe made by the Site Owner.
