I have not seen the problem again since the update. Hopefully your experience will be the same  :thumbsup1:

YES!!!  :) This one really cost me many hours of trying to find a fault, including -unfortunally- a complete reinstall of a Windows 7 64 bit system. We contacted the manufacturer of the (new) notebook, long talks there also. Followed up by an extensive hardware test, drama all in all. Anyway, hope the bug is REALLY fixed now... To be honest: I am a bit worried after re-installing BCWipe for the first time since the disaster... This BSOD happened totally unpredictable, sometimes when just walking away for a second or while doing something with the computer. Since I use BCWipe for many years now, I give it the benefit of the doubt for now... ;-)

Cheers,

Ronald.

I was finally able to get in touch with tech support and have uploaded a couple of kernel memory dumps for them to look at.
Hopefully this gets resolved soon as I have removed BCWipe from both computers for now.  :(

We were able to catch the BSOD.
It has been fixed and the fixed version is under internal testing now.
It will be released in a couple of days.

BSOD PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

After installing BCWipe 4.01 I started getting BSOD failures for PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. I am seeing these crashes on 2 different machines. Both are running Windows 7 Ultimate one 32-bit, the other x64. The memory dumps seem to indicate that the fsh.sys driver. After uninstalling BCWipe from both machines the BSOD's disappeared.

Is anybody else seeing this?
