Could you please send us  several first sectors of the encrypted volume?
To do so, please follow these steps (i suppose that the encrypted volume is the entire USB hard drive, i,e, it starts from sector 0 of the hard drive):

- Run BestCrypt Volume Encryption (BCVE) program;
- For example, the encrypted volume is on "Disk 1". Point on "Disk 1"   in the lower pane in BCVE program.
- Run the "View/Save/Restore sectors on selected Disk" command from "Sectors" menu.
- Press "Save sectors" button in appeared window.
- Set "Start sector" to 0, "Number of sectors" to 256 and enter some name for file
  where data  will be saved (for example, "C:\some_folder\256_sectors.bin").

Please send us the BIN file (to support@jetico.com)
