How Windows 10 is cutting off older PCs

Microsoft has confirmed that a group of Windows devices running older Atom processors cannot upgrade past the Anniversary Update. Could more Windows hardware be left behind as it ages? PCWorld editors Mark Hachman and Melissa Riofrio hash it out.
