'Commercial' members requesting Log analysis help
« Reply #1 on: February 27, 2010, 04:38:48 PM »
Most sites offering Malware Removal may refuse to help 'Commercial' members ( those charging for their services).
This is a fair point as the 'Helpers' have spent a long time training without any payment and also help at sites for no payment.

Here at Smokeys, our 'Malware Hunters' have been asked for their views on this.
We are happy to say that some of the Malware Hunters here are prepared to help commercial members.
All we ask is that:

1. You openly state in your first post that you are providing a service for which you are charging.
2. You agree to make a donation to 'Smokeys' to help keep the site going. (only fair if you are charging for the service)

Donations can be made here: http://www.smokey-services.eu/forums/index.php?action=paypal
Via this link you can make donations via Paypal and/or Credit Cards.

Thank you for your co-operation.

[note] This only applies to 'Commercial' members.
Malware removal help for ordinary members and guests will still be completely free of charge.[/note]
